When beer goes bad, where does it go? Not just down the drain, says Kevin Brady of Satellite Logistics Group in Houston.
His company, a pioneer in the logistics of moving beer across borders and delivering Guinness around the globe, retrieves and recycles spoiled beer, turning it into ethyl alcohol.
