FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., May 21, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The South Florida City of Pembroke Pines has a healthy degree of civic pride and rightly so—it has won national awards such as All-American City Award, been recognized as one of the best places to live and twice ranked in Florida as the best place to raise your kids. Some day in the future, the Broward County city could also be known as the Rocket Scientist capital of the world.

Morris Southeast Group/CORFAC International Principal Ken Morris, SIOR, announced today that his firm has signed the Broward Charter School of Science and Technology Inc. to a 10-year lease of a 24,246-square-foot building located at 1800 North Douglas Road, a two-story office property that is near the intersection of Taft Street in Pembroke Pines.

Morris, Koreena Rivers and Lois Paskow, RPA represented the landlord in securing the alternative-use tenant.
