The first container ship to be drydocked at the Brookyn Navy Yard in more than 15 years sailed out of the yard and down the East River on Monday. The Horizon Producer, owned by Horizon Lines, was drydocked at Brookyn for servicing by Ocean Transportation Services, which operates at the former
