Evergreen, Wan Hai in slot-swap agreement

The Taiwan-based carriers have entered a cooperation agreement, covering Evergreen's North-East-Asia-South-East-Asia (NSA) and North-East-Asia-South-East-Asia (NSB) services, as well as Wan Hai's Korea-South-East-Asia (KSS) and Korea-Vietnam (KVS) services.

The existing port coverage of the four services is as follows:

NSA: Osaka, Kobe, Iwakuni, Moji, Hakata, Taipei, Taichung, Kaohsiung, Nansha, Shekou, and Hong Kong.

NSB: Kaohsiung, Taichung, Taipei, Hong Kong, Pasir Gudang, Tanjung Pelepas, Penang, Port Kelang, Tanjung Pelepas, Singapore, and Manila.

KSS: Penang, Port Kelang, Pasir Gudang, Singapore, Hong Kong, Kaohsiung, Keelung, Inchon, Kwangyang, Pusan, Keelung, Kaohsiung, Hong Kong, Singapore, Port Kelang, and Penang.

KVS: Inchon, Kwangyang, Ulsan, Pusan, Keelung, Taichung, Hong Kong, Ho Chi Minh, Kaohsiung, Taichung, Keelung, and Inchon.

"We integrate and expand the services in Intra-Asia with Evergreen due to the trade in this market being expected to remain comparatively stable," Wan Hai stated announcing the slot-exchange deal.
