Western Gulf Recycling, Texas Dock & Rail Hired Dean Coulson

Texas Dock & Rail Company’s Corpus Christi Terminal in conjunction with Western Gulf Recycling will provide slop removal, barge and cargo tank cleaning services at the Texas Dock & Rail Company’s Corpus Christi Terminal berths effective April 1, 2009.
Dean Coulson, former marine manager for Resource Recycling Services, will be the onsite supervisor for Western Gulf Recycling at the Texas Dock & Rail Terminal.
