DFDS, a short-sea transportation company in North Europe, has confirmed that its negotiations with the German shipyard P+S Werften concerning the construction of two roll-on, roll-off ships are ongoing.
The offered price of the two new ships is 84 million euros (about US$110 million).
The contracts have yet to be finalized, but if they are signed, they will be subject to a number of conditions. More information will be released once the conditions for the contracts have been met.
