SeaCube Container Leasing reported its profit was $46.4 million in 2012, rising 17.8 percent from $39.4 million in 2011.
Revenue rose 17.4 percent from $169.5 million in 2011 to $198.9 million in 2012.
Net income in the fourth quarter of 2012 was $11.9 million, falling 3.2 percent from $12.3 million in the fourth quarter of 2011.
Quarterly revenue was $51.0 million, up 9.2 percent from $46.7 million in the same quarter in the previous year.
