Intermarine, LLC promotes Fernando Maruri to Director, Latin America Sales

HOUSTON, Texas (June 19, 2013) – Intermarine, LLC (Intermarine) today announced the appointment and promotion of Fernando Maruri, to Director, Latin America Sales. Mr. Maruri, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, has been with Intermarine for almost 20 years and has held positions in documentation, operations, chartering and sales before moving to Caracas in 1996. “Fernando has been instrumental in developing our Latin and South America business over the last 17 years and we are happy to have him back in Houston leading our sales team focusing on Latin America,” said Scott Stadelman, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Maruri will be replaced in Colombia by Jorge Duarte. Mr. Duarte is a Colombian national with more than 14 years of industry experience. In his new position, Mr. Duarte will be responsible for directing, coordinating, supervising and developing Intermarine’s activities in Colombia.
