Hamburg Sud said Monday it will apply a general rate increase to all containerized cargo moving from the United States and Canada to Europe as of Feb. 15.
The German shipping line said it will increase rates on tariff cargo as well as existing service contracts on that date by $150 per 20-foot equipment and $300 per 40-foot equipment.
