OOCL to Increase Trans-Atlantic Rates

OOCL will hike rates in the trans-Atlantic trade, starting April 1.

The Hong Kong-based container line’s increase will be $100 per 20-foot container and $200 per 40-foot and 45-foot container for eastbound dry and refrigerated cargo on all routes and loops from Canada, the U.S. and Mexico to Europe.

The hike will be $300 per 20-foot container and $400 per 40-foot and 45-foot container for westbound dry cargo on all routes and loops from Europe to Canada, the U.S. and Mexico.
