‘K’ Line Improves Japan-Thailand Transit Times

Japanese carrier “K” Line will enhance its intra-Asia service with better transit times between Japan and Thailand.

A total of seven vessels will be deployed by “K” Line and SITC Container Lines in two weekly intra-Asia loops. Starting Feb. 26, three 1,700 20-foot-equivalent unit vessels will be deployed for JABCO-1, and beginning in the middle of March, four 1,200-TEU vessels will be deployed for JABCO-2.

“K” Line will continue to maintain direct coverage for China-Vietnam-Thailand-Philippines trade lane, in addition to Japan-Thailand coverage.
