Ocean carrier Hamburg Sud is extending cutoff times for its Pacific Southwest service from Los Angeles to Australia and New Zealand, effective immediately.
The dry cargo cutoff will be Fridays at 2:30 a.m., and the reefer cargo cutoff will be Fridays at 4:30 p.m. Vessels will depart on Sunday afternoons.
The later cutoff time for refrigerated cargo should improve transit times to Australia and New Zealand for reefer exporters, the carrier said.
