Evergreen Line began regular service to Jacksonville with the weekend call of the Ever Unique, part of a joint service between the Taiwanese carrier and MOL.
The service links Asian ports in Vietnam, South China and Singapore with the U.S. East Coast via the Suez Canal.
MOL provides the service with nine ships ranging from 4,500 to 5,600 20-foot-equivalent units of capacity. Evergreen provides one ship, the 5,300-TEU Ever Unique.
