Ocean carrier Cosco Container Lines today announced adjustments for all shipments from the Far East to South Africa and South America’s east coast, effective Nov. 15.
The “emergency bunker adjustment” for shipments from the Far East to South Africa will be $600 per 20-foot-equivalent unit and $1,200 per 40-foot-equivalent unit.
The adjustment for shipments from the Far East to South America’s east coast will be $1,900 per TEU and $3,800 per FEU.
