Onboard CMA CGM Marco Polo.CMA CGM recently announced that the CMA CGM Marco Polo arrived in Ningbo, China, on Jan. 24, completing its first turnaround.
The ocean carrier took delivery of the world’s largest container ship on Nov. 5. The vessel made its first call to a continental European port on its maiden voyage at the Port of Hamburg, Germany, on Dec. 12.
CMA CGM Marco Polo has a 16,020 20-foot-equivalent unit capacity and is 396 meters (about 4,580 feet) long and 176 feet wide.
