The Agriculture Transportation Coalition said APL, “K” Line and OOCL shared the top ranking in the organization’s seventh annual carrier performance survey.
The survey ranked ocean carriers on booking and pre-shipment customer service, terminal service and equipment availability, documentation and post-shipment services, and vessel schedules and on-time transit.
AgTC members include U.S. agriculture and forest products exporters and importers of dry and refrigerated products.
