ITS Technologies and Logistics, LLC announces Chief Financial Officer leaving
TINLEY PARK, IL – ITS Technologies and Logistics LLC (“ITS”) today announced that Mary VanKoevering, Chief Financial Officer, is leaving the Company to pursue other interests. “We thank Mary for her many valuable contributions to the Company,” said Dwight Johnson, President and CEO. “She was instrumental in transitioning ITS to a stand-alone company following its acquisition by the Carlyle Group, and in establishing a robust financial and technology platform for the future. We wish her the best in her future endeavors.”
The search for her replacement is underway.
