Caribbean Trade Finance

From the Office of the United States Trade Representative, the Trade Policy Staff Committee is seeking public comment, due no later than midnight on Nov. 9, about whether Curacao, Saint Martin and the Turks and Caicos Islands should be eligible to receive benefits under the Caribbean Basin Economy Recovery Act.
