China Dredging Group, through its subsidiary Fujian Xing Gang Port Service; Merchant Supreme, through its subsidiary Fujian Provincial Pingtan County Ocean Fishing Group; and China Growth Equity Investment have approved a merger agreement between the parties and completed a previously announced business combination.
The combined entity is named Pingtan Marine Enterprise. It is a marine infrastructure group, engaging in dredging services and ocean fishing.
