Mitch Weseley, 3Gtms's CEO.3Gtms, a developer of transportation software products, has merged with Transite Technology, a developer of transportation management systems.
Retaining the 3Gtms name, the unified company will operate under the direction of Mitch Weseley, 3Gtms CEO.
The merged company will expand on Transite’s existing software solutions, focusing on mid-market shippers, third-party logistics providers and carriers.
