UPS Promotes Miller, Woodward to Leadership Roles

UPS has appointed Cindy Miller as president of its European business and Derek Woodward as president of the emerging markets division, effective April 30.

Miller, currently president of UPS U.K., Ireland and Nordics, will succeed Jim Barber, who was appointed president of UPS International. Miller has worked for UPS for more than 24 years and has held a variety of senior leadership positions in the U.S. and Europe.

Derek Woodward.

Woodward will lead a new team dedicated to developing and implementing UPS’s emerging markets strategy. He is currently president of global integrations. He has worked for UPS for more than 28 years.
