Third-party logistics provider Transportation Insight today acquired CPA International, a Connecticut-based logistics company.
CPA will operate as a new division of the Hickory, N.C.-based company, and Bill Titone, CPA’s head executive, will serve as president of the division. CPA’s legacy clients will have access to Transportation Insight’s offerings.
The acquisition will expand Transportation Insight’s North American client base, the company said in a written statement.
