TQL Named One of Florida’s Best Companies to Work For

Cincinnati — Total Quality Logistics (TQL) has been named one of Florida’s Best Companies to Work For.

This is the second year in a row that TQL has appeared on the list of best companies, which is featured in the August issue of Florida Trend magazine.

“Our Best Companies coverage this year is simple and direct: We went to the employees of the Best Companies to Work For and asked them to tell us what they like most about working where they work,” says Mark Howard, the magazine’s executive editor.

One hundred companies are ranked in small, medium, and large employer categories. Their rankings were determined by evaluating the companies’ workplace policies and philosophies, and by employee surveys conducted by an independent, third-party.

“Our offices in Florida are thriving thanks to the talented sales professionals we have added to the TQL family. We are extremely pleased that our employees in this region are responding positively to what TQL offers as a company,” said Kerry Byrne, executive vice president of TQL.

TQL employs nearly 250 people in the state. The Ohio-based company opened its first Florida office in the city of Tampa in 2010.
