Jacksonville, Fla.-based Suddath Global Logistics has acquired Los Angeles-based Cali America Logistics, which specializes in import and export, freight forwarding, transportation and warehousing, distribution and fulfillment services.
The acquisition increases Suddath’s presence in regions around the world, according to Barry Vaugh, CEO of The Suddath Companies.
Robert Gordon, former Cali America owner and president, will continue to oversee development of the network in his new role as vice president of global business development for Suddath.
