Buffalo, N.Y.-based ROAR Logistics, which offers rail, ocean, air and road logistics services, has opened an office in Temecula, Calif.
It is the company’s fourth office, but its first office on the U.S. West Coast.
Marc Sandoval, an 18-year veteran of the logistics industry, will lead ROAR’s California operations.
