Michigan-based transportation company Radiant Logistics has acquired operating partner and freight forwarder International Freight Systems of Oregon, which has operated its air freight division under the company’s Airgroup brand since 2007.
The company structured the transaction with a portion of the expected purchase price payable in the subsequent periods based on the future performance of the acquired operation.
