Supply chain management company Panalpina has appointed Stefan Karlen to regional CEO of Asia Pacific, effective immediately.
Karlen succeeds Marco Gadola, who will be leaving the company to pursue a career opportunity outside of the logistics industry.
Karlen joined Panalpina in 1997 and held several management positions in Europe and Asia. His latest role as managing director of Southeast Asia included overseeing operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines.
