OIA Global Acquires International Transport Services

Transportation and supply chain company OIA Global has acquired International Transport Services, a Cleveland-based transportation and warehousing provider.

OIA’s acquisition reinforces the company’s acquisition growth strategy by expanding its footprint in the Ohio region, specifically the Cleveland, Akron and Toledo areas. It broadens OIA’s network from six to seven offices in the U.S.

All ITS employees will join OIA as a result of the acquisition, said Charlie Hornecker, OIA’s CEO.
