OIA Global has assumed the majority of assets and liabilities of Paccess’s materials sourcing division, based in Portland, Ore.
“We’re going to staff accordingly and will be increasing our overall work force by more than 10 percent throughout our worldwide network in the next 30 days,” said Charlie Hornecker, CEO of the transportation, supply chain management and packaging solutions provider, in a written statement.
The assumption of Paccess is in line with the company’s growth strategy and commitment to support a major expansion of OIA’s material sourcing capability.
