European spply chain management company Norbert Dentressangle has acquired part of the warehousing and general cargo forwarding activities of Belgium-based maritime logistics company Nova Natie.
The acquired activities operate a total of 130,000 square meters (about 1.4 million square feet) of warehousing space.
The acquisition allows Norbert Dentressangle to expand its logistics business in Belgium. The company now operates a network of more than 1,000 employees, about 2.8 million square feet of warehousing space and a fleet of 300 vehicles.
