Dallas-based Greatwide Logistics Services and Concord, N.C.-based Cardinal Logistics Management have completed their merger.
The combined dedicated contract carriage and logistics services provider now has more than 125 operating locations, specializing in grocery, bulk food, retail, metals and building products, across the U.S. and Canada.
John Tague is chairman and CEO of the combined company and Vin McLoughlin is vice chairman.
