Graybar Names Harwood Senior VP, CFO

Graybar, a company specializing in electrical products and related logistics services, has elected Randall R. Harwood senior vice president and chief financial officer, effective Jan. 1, 2013.

Harwood has worked for Graybar since 1978 and has served on the company’s board of directors since 2009. He is currently district vice president in the company’s Dallas district.

His appointment follows the announcement that D. Beatty D’Alessandro will be resigning from Graybar as senior vice president and chief financial officer and as a member of Graybar’s board of directors at the end of 2012.
