An artist’s impression of GAC USA's new office and warehouse building in Houston’s Central Green Business Park.Shipping and logistics provider GAC has started construction on its new office and warehouse in Houston’s Central Green Business Park, which is within a designated foreign trade zone.
GAC will consolidate its existing warehouses with the new 181,067-square-foot cross-dock building, including four acres of outside storage space. The building, which is scheduled for completion in mid-July of this year, will centralize GAC USA’s local and regional executives, multiple business areas and staff.
The warehouse is being constructed in partnership with commercial real estate developer Liberty Property Trust. The companies will hold a groundbreaking ceremony on Feb. 8.
