Dimerco Express Group, formerly Dimerco Express (Taiwan) Corporation, has launched a joint venture in India, effective Oct. 1, 2012, as part of its long-term strategy to expand in emerging countries.
The Taiwan-based logistics provider formed its joint venture, Dimerco Express (India) Pvt. Ltd., with Sri Lanka-based freight forwarder Dart Global Logistics, Taipei Times reported. The joint venture has a main office in Bangalore and two other offices in Chennai and Delhi, with another one to open in Mumbai.
