Damco's Jurupa Valley facility awarded Sam's Club "IDC of the Year" for the third year running

California, 29 April 2015 — Damco, one of the world’s leading third party logistics providers, today announced that its Jurupa Valley facility in California, USA, has won the prestigious Sam's Club IDC of the Year award for the third year in a row.

Sam’s Club, a division of Wal-Mart Stores Inc, is a leading membership warehouse club that offers innovative services to families and small business owners, such as travel, payroll and HR services, protection plans, legal solutions and cash rewards.

Damco Distribution Services Inc (DDSI) owns and operates a 450,000 square feet facility for Sam’s Club. The facility is located at Jurupa Valley, California and is run by General Manager Romanz Chausam, who stated that “to receive this prestigious award for the third year running is testimony to the focus and dedication of the people at Damco Distribution Services Inc.”
