Eden Prairie, Minn.-based third-party logistics provider C.H. Robinson’s board of directors has appointed Jodee Kozlak, 49, as its newest director.
Kozlak is currently executive vice president of human resources at Target and a member of its executive committee.
Before joining Target in 2001, Kozlak was a partner in the litigation practice of Greene Espel, a Minnesota law firm. She also previously served as a senior associate at Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly and as a senior auditor at Arthur Anderson & Co., both in Minneapolis.
