CEVA Logistics, today announced the retirement of CEO John Pattullo, effective Oct. 12.
Marvin O. Schlanger, currently chairman of the board, has been named to take over the position. Pattullo will continue to serve on the supply chain company’s board of directors.
Under Pattullo’s leadership, the company, which is owned by affiliates of asset manager Apollo Global Management LLC, integrated EGL, which it acquired in 2007.
