Customs broker Livingston International acquired Norman G. Jensen, a Minneapolis-based customs broker, including its Jensen Customs Brokers Canada subsidiary, Livingston President and CEO Peter Luit announced.
The merger will strengthen Livingston's presence along the U.S.-Canada border, bolster services on the Mexican border, and add sea and air ports, Luit said.
Former NGJ owners and senior management members Gordy Jensen, Dennis Jensen and Steve Midthun will stay with NGJ to ensure a smooth transition, he added.
