Terreno Realty Corporation, a U.S. industrial real estate company, has acquired an industrial property in Burien, Wash., for about $6.5 million.
The property consists of one multi-tenant industrial distribution building containing approximately 69,000 square feet on 4.8 acres. The cross-dock air freight building provides 49 dock-high and 10 drive-in doors and is immediately adjacent to the south side of SeaTac International Airport. The property is 89 percent leased to four tenants.
