Building B at the Monroe Logistics Center.Ball Metal Beverage Container has signed an industrial lease for a 163,000-square-foot space in the Monroe Logistics Center in Ohio with landlord Industrial Developments International.
The landlord was represented by Si Pitstick and Josh Young of Cincinnati Commercial, a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance firm, and the tenant was represented by Chuck McCosh of Our Corporate Real Estate Department.
The 553,694-square-foot building, also known as Building B, is the second building to rise within the Monroe Logistics Center. Ball Metal Beverage Container is the building’s first tenant.
“The building was just completed in December, and the fact that we were able to secure a major tenant so quickly is indicative of the pent-up demand in the market,” Pitstick said in a written statement.
