CenterPoint Properties has started construction on a new Ace Hardware build-to-suit for lease, located in Wilmer, Texas.
The 450,000-square-foot facility will be situated on 31.3 acres within the 59.9-acre Sunridge Business Park. It is scheduled to be completed in February 2014 and is the second development that the industrial real estate company will construct for the tenant.
The facility will be leased for 10 years and is about 10 miles outside of Dallas, along I-45. The site is also near Union Pacific’s Dallas Intermodal Hub.
Ace Hardware has estimated that it will bring in close to 3,000 containers annually from this terminal.
