Cargo Force Renews Lease to Continue Partnership With USPS

Cargo Force recently renewed its lease for 48,000 square feet of industrial space in Oakland, Calif.

The Coral Gables, Fla.-based airport cargo, mail and ramp-handling services company was represented by commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield’s Andrew Briner, John McManus, Matthew Trone and Steve Hager. Landlord ProLogis was represented in-house in the transaction.

The company uses the Oakland site to sort bulk mail shipments for the U.S. Postal Service under a national terminal handling service partnership agreement. The lease was renewed for two years, with an option for two more, mirroring the terms of its contract with the USPS.
