CEVA Logistics named Martin Thaysen managing director for China, luring him away from major rival Damco.
Thaysen has been Damco’s chief commercial officer and was previously head of group strategy at A.P. Moller-Maersk Group, Damco’s parent company.
Effective Feb. 1, Thaysen takes over from Ditlev Blicher, who has been appointed executive vice president for global operations.
