Americold, which offers temperature-controlling warehousing and logistics services for the food industry, has appointed Fred Boehler executive vice president and chief operating officer.
In this role, Boehler is responsible for U.S. operations, reporting to Jeffrey M. Gault, president and CEO of Americold.
Prior to joining Americold, Boehler served as senior vice president of supply chain with Supervalu. Before that, he was senior vice president of logistics and purchasing at Borders Group.
