GATX Corporation Announces Railcar Investment and Management Agreement

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GATX Corporation (NYSE:GMT) today announced its purchase of a 12.5% interest in Adler Funding LLC, a newly created entity which has acquired a fleet of approximately 5,350 railcars. In addition to GATX, a number of financial institutions directly or indirectly own the balance of Adler. GATX will manage the railcar portfolio for Adler.
