How do I log in?
Visit JOC.com and in the top right hand corner there is a link to ‘log in‘. Clicking this will display a box that asks you to enter your email address. Enter this together with your password and click the ‘log in’ button. Once logged in, you should now see your email address displayed in the top left portion of JOC.com
I’ve registered before, but forgot my password. Do I need to register again?
If you've forgotten your password, please click the “login” link in the top right corner. The "forgot password" link will be located below the the email and password prompts. You'll then be prompted to enter your email address, and an automated email will be sent to you to reset your password.
I am using my login credentials, but am unable to login. What should I do?
Confirm you are entereing in the correct email address and password associated with your account. If you are sure that the information is correct, but still unable to log in, there may be a problem with your account. Simply visit www.joc.com/help to provide your details and our User Support team will try to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

There are two (2) payment options for a JOC.com subscription: You can subscribe monthly at $19.99/month or yearly at $199. The yearly subscription is a 12% discount off the month-to-month rate - working out to only $3.82 per week. That's less than the cost of a cup of coffee!
Can I purchase multiple subscriptions?
As of right now, JOC.com is not offering group subscriptions.

If I don’t want to become a subscriber, can I still access JOC.com content?

I am not a JOC.com subscriber. What kind of content counts towards my 5 complimentary articles per month?
Visitors to JOC.com can always browse the home page, as well as all section/category fronts and services. Articles, data stories, slide shows, videos and other multimedia features will all count toward the 3 day limit of 5 complimentary articles. Note that the monthly limit is based on items, not page views: a multi-page article or slide show counts as one item (or one "article view").
Upon reaching your 30 day reading limit, you'll be asked to subscribe. Your subscription helps us continue to invest in the quality journalism you know and love. But if you don't subscribe, your free access will be reset at the beginning of the next 30 days, and you'll once again be able to enjoy our content.
If I view the same article more than once in a month, does it count multiple times against my monthly limit?
If you were to close out or navigate away from an article and then revisited at a later time, it would count against your 30 day limit. However, there is no limit to the amount of time you can spend on an article page during a given browser session.
How can I keep track of how many articles I’ve reached each month?
There is a counter that appears at the top of JOC.com that indicates how many complimentary articles you've read during a current 30 day period.
How do I cancel my JOC.com subscription?
We're sorry you no longer want your JOC.com subscription and the access to unlimited news, data & analysis your subscription gives you. Please visit www.joc.com/help, and someone will assist you in your request.
Can I receive a payment receipt?
An electronic receipt will be emailed to the email address you used to subscribe. If you do not automatically receive an email receipt within 24 hours, or you would like a copy of your receipt at a later date, visit www.joc.com/help and one of our representatives would be happy to assist you.
When will I be charged for my subscription?
Once you complete your subscription form, payment will be processed instantly. You will then be automatically emailed an electronic receipt within 24 hours.
How is my subscription billed?
You have 2 options for a JOC.com subscription - Monthly or Annual. At the completion of your predetermined subscription term, your subscription will be seamlessly and automatically renewed for the next term, making sure you do not encounter a moment of interrupted service. At any time, you are free to upgrade your monthly subscription to an annual subscription. The change will take effect immediately and a billing adjustment will be made. You can opt out of auto-renewal at any time. In that case, your subscription will expire at the end of the term.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Refunds will not be provided, except where required by law. If you cancel your subscription at any time, you will be responsible for paying for your commitment for the remaining term.
I’m a subscriber to The Journal of Commerce magazine, does my subscription carry over to JOC.com?
Effective December 3, 2013, The Journal of Commerce magazine and JOC.com subscriptions are sold separately (with the exception of qualifying group sales). If you were a paying JOC "member" prior to December 3, 2013, then your membership includes access to JOC.com. For questions related to your membership, go to www.joc.com/help.
I am currently a JOC "Member". Is a subscription to JOC.com included in my membership?
All current, paying JOC Members as of December 3, 2013 will continue to receive unlimited access to JOC.com for the length of their membership and will have the option to renew their membership with no changes to their access. For questions related to your membership, go to www.joc.com/help.
Where can I find archives that are available for search?
You may find archives at The New York Public Library' s Business Library, downstairs at Madison Avenue and 34th. It has The Journal of Commerce on microfilm back to 1827 and print copies of the page(s) needed can also be made.
I am a JOC.com subscriber or registered user. Am I eligible for a registration discount at JOC Events?
Event discounts are only available to JOC Members as part of an existing individual membership or a corporate membership. JOC.com website subscribers do not qualify for discounts at JOC Events.
