DB Schenker Completes Integration in Hungary

DB Schenker completed the integration of the recently acquired Masped units with Hungarocargo and Romtrans Hungaria into Schenker Kft.

Schenker acquired the Masped Group’s shares in the Masped-Schenker and Masped-Railog joint ventures.

“DB Schenker was extremely successful in Hungary even in its previous structure, and all companies were among the top in their fields in the Hungarian forwarding and logistics market,” said Karl Nutzinger, Schenker's management board member responsible for land transport and the regions in Europe.
