Director of Operations Appointed for Menlo Worldwide Logistics
(Shanghai, October 2010) Menlo Worldwide Logistics has appointed Thomas Pan Director of Operations, North Asia. Pan, a native of Guangdong, China, has had extensive industry experience in the China market. The addition of Thomas to our North Asia management team will advance our commitment to supporting our growth through service, LEAN and operations excellence, says Jess Goldberg, Vice President, Greater China.
Thomas brings more than 17 years' experience in all aspects of value chain management. His previous appointments have been in multicultural and complex business environments of multinational brands. His most recent position was Operations Director of Lee Kum Kee China, prior to which he worked for Wrigley Confectionary Asia Pacific Supply Chain as External Manufacturing (OEM) Director. He has also worked for Fisher Scientific as Logistics Manager for China & Hong Kong, General Manager of Fisher Scientific Guangzhou Operations, and later, for the same organization as Business Development Manager PRC. He began his career at Nestle China Dongguan factory, where he progressed to the position of Purchasing and Logistics Manager.
Thomas holds an MBA from the University of Leicester, in the United Kingdom.
