DGX Opens Full Service Facility in Malaysia
PORT KELANG, MALAYSIA,: DGX-Dependable Global Express, an
international freight forwarder and logistics provider, is expanding in Asia
with the opening of a full service facility in Malaysia as of July 1.
Located in Port Kelang, the closest seaport to the Malaysian capital of
Kuala Lumpur, the new Dependable Global Express facility is offering both
outbound and inbound ocean and air service. Headed by Zach Nice, Dependable
Global Express' Director, Southeast Asia with 10 years cargo experience,
predominantly in Asian-U.S trade lanes, the new office will emphasize LCL
ocean shipments on the inbound leg and FCL freight outbound. Air service
will be provided by DGX' sister company, Dependable AirCargo Express (DAX).
Nice emphasized that shippers utilizing DGX for both inbound and outbound
freight will realize major competitive advantages. He stated that for
imports into Malaysia from the United States, DGX offers weekly direct LCL
master consolidations. We will consolidate shipments from all points in
the U.S. at our own wholly owned and operated facility at company
headquarters in Rancho Dominguez, California. The DGX terminal is CTPAT and
ISO 9001:2008 certified. Our asset based presence in the U.S., combined with
