Davison Named Assistant Vice President at Railinc Corp.

Cary, N.C. (April 7, 2010)—Railinc Corp. announced today that Treadwell Davison was recently promoted to assistant vice president, AAR products and services. In his new role, Davison will be responsible for the company’s business activities related to the development and delivery of industry-driven information technology initiatives and support services for the Association of American Railroads (AAR), including product management, service delivery and industry committee support. He will continue to report to Allen West, president and CEO.

“Treadwell Davison’s 30 years of experience in transportation and logistics is a valuable asset to Railinc,” West said. “He has distinguished himself in leading Railinc’s strategy-related efforts, and we look forward to the fresh perspective he brings to this industry-critical portfolio of products and services.”

Since joining Railinc in 1995, Davison has held a variety of management positions within the company’s business and information technology functions including short-line and regional markets, business development and industry initiatives. Most recently, he served as director of strategic planning. Prior to Railinc, Davison worked at the AAR, CSX Corp. and Amtrak.

Davison earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and government from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree in business administration from Stanford University.
